Are you ready to quit smoking? Are you looking for a little herbal help to do it? Try our Up in Smoke extract made with Vegetable Glycerin -  NOT ALCOHOL.  One study found that St. John’s Wort was effective in helping stop smokingIt also helps increase serotonin in your body, making it helpful if you suffer from depression. Lobelia, or sometimes called Indian tobacco, has been used by herbalists to help get smokers off cigarettes and heal their lungs. Not necessarily by smoking it, but dispensed as tinctures, tablets, or extracts.

Ingredients:

Peppermint: can aid in this situation by helping relieve headaches and nausea and brings a cooling sensation to the mouth.

Blue Vervain: is a natural tranquillizer and a helpful herb for quitting smoking. It calms the nerves and assists with insomnia. Blue Vervain is an anti-inflammatory pain killer.

Hyssop: soothes irritated mucous membranes in the respiratory system, and it is often used for treating respiratory ailments. Hyssop is also used to help one cope with any extra stress that may be associated with quitting smoking. Hyssop relieves anxiety, soothes the nervous system and enhances mental clarity.

Motherwort: beneficial to use many weeks before they decide to stop smoking since it makes the adjustment to a nonsmoker easier.

Oat Straw: also found in combination with the seed of this popular herb and is one of the best-documented nerve tonics in use by herbalists and a popular herbal remedy to quit smoking.

Skullcap: has been shown to improve the blood flow to the brain and may make it a useful treatment for ADHD. Increasing oxygen (via blood flow) to the brain may help prevent strokes as well. This herb is very useful for treating withdrawal from drugs and alcohol. It is also helpful for those trying to quit smoking, as it can help you relax.

Valerian Root: is a natural relaxant. The biggest cause of withdrawal symptoms when you quit smoking is the absence of the relaxing sensation given by a cigarette. Valerian eases this sensation and helps the person who wants to quit smoking to quit for good.

Directions: Just place 0.5ml under tongue when you get the urge to smoke. Hold it for 20 seconds, then swallow. Repeat as needed throughout the day.
