Subscription Discounts
Customers who subscribe to our products on a monthly or bimonthly basis receive the following discounts:
- Monthly Subscription: Save 10% on each order.
- Bimonthly Subscription: Save 5% on each order.
Loyalty Rewards
We appreciate long-term commitment and offer enhanced discounts after a minimum of 5 payments:
- After 5 payments on a monthly subscription, the discount will increase from 10% to 15%.
- After 5 payments on a bimonthly subscription, the discount will increase from 5% to 10%.
These additional discounts are our way of rewarding your dedication to our featured products.
Minimum Payment Requirement
There is a minimum commitment of 3 payments for all subscriptions. This ensures that customers fully benefit from our discount structure and promotional offers.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription after it has renewed, we are happy to accommodate the request. However, please note the following:
- If the subscription is canceled before the minimum of 3 payments has been completed, the refund will reflect the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular retail price of the products already received.
- Additionally, if the subscription is not set to renew for an extended period (for example, a bimonthly plan) and the customer chooses to cancel early, an invoice will be issued for the difference between the discounted and full retail prices of the products already purchased.
This adjustment is necessary because the customer initially received a discount through the subscription plan but did not fulfill the minimum payment commitment.
Example:
If a customer cancels before completing the minimum number of payments, we will either deduct or invoice the discount amount to account for the product’s full retail price.
To fully cancel a subscription, customers must contact us directly for assistance. Full cancellations are completed by our team to ensure the subscription is properly reviewed, processed, and closed according to our subscription policy.
Pause Subscription
Customers can pause their subscription through the customer portal once the minimum commitment of 3 payments has been completed.
Subscription Flexibility
We understand that your needs may change, and we offer flexibility in managing your subscription:
- Change Products: Customers can change the products in their subscription at any time.
- Cancel Subscription: To cancel a subscription, customers must contact us directly for assistance.
- Pause Subscription: customers can pause their subscription in the customer portal once the minimum three payment has been achieved.

To manage your subscription (make changes, update products, or view your billing cycle), customers must first create a profile on our website by clicking the figure in the top right corner of our main page. Once logged in, you can access the customer portal to make any adjustments.
