arrived 10 days ago.....previous digestive discomfort ( gut pain, cramps, nausea etc) before taking Shilajit has subsided. Detoxing side effects have started...looking forward to a month from now to observe changes. Husband is taking for boost in male hormones...hopefully...he will observe improvement.
