Sarsaparilla

Contains high levels of plant iron, relieves arthritis pain, increases libido, detoxifies, boosts immunity, supports weight loss, and is good for the skin. The plant chemical compound in sarsaparilla benefits the body in many ways. Chemicals known as saponins are known to reduce joint pain and itching, as well as kill bacteria. It is used to improve urination, reduce fluid retention, and increase sweating in order to relieve psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. It may boost testosterone levels that stimulate sexual desire and libido.

Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.

Directions: Steep 8 oz of water and add 1 tablespoon of Tea
