Supplement fact (per 2ML): Pinus strobus (White pine needle 166 mg dry), Picea glauca (White spruce tips: 166 mg dry),Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid 25 mg)

Recommended Use: Both Spruce and pine needles have been used by indigenous populations To ward off colds and flues. The needles are a good natural source of vitamin C, and loaded with compounds that are scientifically proven to be anti-viral, immune-enhancing, and combat inflammation in the lungs.
