Nettle leaves/Stinging Nettle contain high levels of silica and sulfur. The stinging nettle, along with helping to prevent hair loss, assists in the re-growth of hair as well, This helps in making hair shinier and healthier. When water and nettle extracts are used to rinse hair, hair regrowth and the original colour of the hair can be restored.

Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.
