Mugwort has anti-inflammatory properties that stimulate gastric juice and bile production. The use of this herb can alleviate digestive tract disorders and aid digestion. Furthermore, it is antifungal, antibacterial, expectorant, and antiasthmatic. Various parasitic infections can be addressed with mugwort, including tapeworms, roundworms, and threadworms. Women who suffer from irregular periods and other menstrual problems use mugwort.
Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.
Directions: Steep 8 oz of water and add 1 tablespoon of Tea
