Alfalfa Leaf

This alkalizing herb contains a wealth of nutrients, including vitamins and minerals that support liver function, especially vitamin K, which is stored in fatty tissues and the liver. It helps keep your blood clotting healthy and is found in extremely high amounts in alfalfa. In addition to lowering cholesterol, the herb may help manage blood sugar levels and relieve symptoms of menopause. 

Steep for tea and combine it with other herbs. You can grind it into powder for capsules.

Directions: Steep 8 oz of water and add 1 tablespoon of Tea
